Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities in a consistent manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review ADP timekeeping system to ensure employee records are updated and accurate; reconcile timesheets.
• Maintain and review payroll processing systems for multi-state employees, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
• Process updates for new hires, terminations, and pay-rate changes; ensure timely payroll processing.
• Prepare and maintain payroll transaction records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Handle contract invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and HR files; order HR office supplies.
• Produce monthly payroll reports.
• Support Talent Team with administrative duties and recruiting activities.
