Responsibilities

• Reviewing ADP timekeeping to ensure accuracy of employee records and reconciling timesheets.
• Implements and maintains payroll processing systems for multi-state employees and deductions.
• Ensures timely processing of payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
• Prepares and maintains payroll transaction records and reports.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Process contract invoicing and reports.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support Talent Team with administrative duties and recruitment activities.
