O’Hagan Meyer in Chicago seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage multi-state payroll for Illinois, California, New York and beyond. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and process payroll tax filings accurately.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong software skills (ADP, UKG, Paycom) and attention to detail. A CPP is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll administration with multi-state experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software (ADP/UKG/Paycom) and Excel.
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Experience with payroll tax filings and year-end reporting (W-2, W-3, 941, 940).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
