Job summary

Fourth Enterprises LLC. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with growing clients on Payroll, HR, and Benefits implementations.

You will configure client company data, payroll calendars, and tax setups, balance historical records, and deliver end-user training for go-live success. We serve PEO and ASO clients and expect you to manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a flawless first payroll for referenceable accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with PEO and ASO-type implementation.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and tax setup.
• GL exports and setup knowledge.
• Experience configuring employee data, deductions, and direct deposits.
• Ability to deliver client training and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Discover client requirements and document findings for sign-off.
• Create a project plan and timelines with client and team.
• Configure client company, payroll, and HR components in the HCM system.
• Load historical payroll/tax data and balance records.
• Deliver administrator and manager training.
• Support first 30 days post go-live and hand-off to live client.
• Complete implementation by go-live date and coordinate cross-dept work.
• Provide expert support to differentiate our solutions in the market.
• Lead workflow of the implementation team using project management skills.
• Ensure a perfect first payroll and referenceable client.
• Act as SME on PEO/HR+Payroll and resolve obstacles to timely completion.
• Keep training materials updated and stay abreast of industry changes.
