Job summary

Fourth is a global leader in restaurant and hospitality management technology, seeking a Customer Success Manager focused on Payroll/PEO accounts. You will manage adoption, retention, and expansion within a portfolio of large and mid-sized clients, coordinating with Payroll Operations, Tax, and Benefits teams to ensure compliance and timely payroll runs.

You will distinguish Payroll, PEO, Tax, and Benefits issues, escalating compliance-critical items within a 24-hour SLA while driving churn

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer success or account management with payroll/PEO/HCM accounts.
• Understanding of payroll fundamentals—tax, benefits, and wage basics.
• Experience supporting large/medium accounts with higher complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Payroll/PEO accounts through onboarding to renewal.
• Define value moments for payroll-specific adoption and retention metrics.
• Coordinate with Payroll Operations, Tax, and Benefits to hit payroll milestones.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and filing timeliness as churn predictors.
• Triage issues with compliance-critical escalation and 24-hour SLA.
