Flexjet is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Cleveland, OH to support payroll and HR operations. You will manage employee records, onboarding, and payroll inquiries, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Payroll Specialists and the Total Rewards team on audits and reporting. A background in HRIS (UKG Pro) and benefits administration is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Data management and entry of employee records in HRIS and payroll systems (UKG).
• Support onboarding and new hire processes.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and updates.
• Process garnishments and other court documentation.
• Support audits, reporting, and HR communications.
