OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Payroll HR Coordinator to support and oversee payroll and HR functions for a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility. The role emphasizes accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing with leadership and audit responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare payroll/HR, experience with payroll systems and HRIS, and strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare.
• Minimum of 1 year in a Payroll or Human Resources role.
• Experience managing payroll or HR in a multi-department environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping systems, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll system management and processing across multiple departments.
• Assist with facility audits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide employee support and HRIS data maintenance.
• Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate staff training and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
