Job summary

Westside Campus of Care is seeking a Payroll HR Coordinator to support and oversee payroll and human resources functions for a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility. The role partners with Payroll, HR, Finance and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and staff onboarding, training, and audits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare payroll/HR, experience with HRIS systems, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare settings.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or HR role.
• Experience managing payroll or HR functions in a multi-department environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping, and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems preferred.
• Leadership experience supporting, training, or mentoring payroll and HR staff preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations to manage payroll system and processing.
• Support facility audits, onboarding, orientation, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Provide employee support and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
