Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator for a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility. The role provides administrative support to HR functions, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

The position requires strong knowledge of OSHA, FML, I-9, Workers' Comp, unemployment claims, PBJ, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Duties include recruitment, background checks, orientation, payroll handling, and personnel file maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge concerning OSHA, FML, I-9, Workers' Comp, Unemployment Claims, PBJ and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Screen and recruit job applicants to fill Entry-level, Professional and Technical job openings.
• Submit online investigation request and employee background screenings.
• Conduct Orientation for new hires and communicate Benefits available.
• Handle all aspects of payroll functions and processes.
• Prepare and maintain all personnel files and monitor employee's performance review.
