Job summary

Westside Campus of Care seeks a seasoned Payroll HR Coordinator to oversee payroll processing and HR functions for a Long-Term Care facility. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate payroll, onboarding, and staff training while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare payroll/HR, strong knowledge of wage/hour rules, and proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems. An hourly, on-site leadership path is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Long-Term Care or healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 1 year in payroll or HR role.
• Experience in a complex, multi-department environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping.
• Leadership experience supporting payroll/HR staff preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and payroll system management across departments.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and staff training related to payroll/HR.
• Audit compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
