Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks an experienced Payroll HR Coordinator to support payroll processing, onboarding, and HR activities in a long-term care setting. You will work with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll while promoting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Payroll or Human Resources role.
• Experience managing payroll or HR functions in a complex, multi‑department environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping systems, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and HR processes for multiple departments in a healthcare facility.
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and payroll regulations; assist with audits.
