Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Payroll or Human Resources role.
• Experience managing payroll or HR functions in a complex, multi-department environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour regulations, audits, timekeeping systems, and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems preferred.
• Leadership experience supporting, training, or mentoring payroll and HR staff preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams to support payroll system management and staff training.
• Support payroll processing and facility audits across multiple departments.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation for employees.
• Provide employee support and handle payroll-related inquiries.
• Lead or assist training initiatives for payroll and HR staff.
