Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and distribute payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits, garnishments, workers’ compensation, unemployment, COBRA, and FMLA documentation.
• Maintain OSHA logs, employee injury records, and safety committee documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee communications as needed.
• Assist Bookkeeper with payroll-related financial reports and audits.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
