Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field with 3–5 years of HR experience; long-term care experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field (3–5 years HR experience preferred).
• Generalist HR background: recruiting, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting and candidate screening.
• Complete pre-employment background checks.
• Coordinate new hire orientation with staff development.
• Collaborate with Management and Scheduler to analyze staffing needs and turnover.
• Respond to employee relations issues, investigations, and documentation.
• Administer and ensure completion of facility payroll.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
