Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycor preferred.
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and review bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate deductions.
• Maintain compliant payroll records and PTO balances.
• Audit payroll data and assist with tax registrations as needed.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and agency partners on system enhancements.
