Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• At least three years relevant HR experience.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding and retention activities for the Care Center.
• Maintain employee files and track milestones for regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries from employees.
• Administer HR duties including policy guidance, unemployment, FMLA, and Worker's Compensation.
• Coordinate pre-hire requirements such as background checks and drug screening.
• Cross-train to support payroll operations and ensure accuracy during absences.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR Manager and leadership to address staffing and wage concerns.
• Provide ongoing sourcing for high turnover positions and analyze turnover trends.
