Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll to small and mid-sized merchants, both in person and over the phone, with a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM to present value, upsell Heartland products, and maintain client communication. After training, you can set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission upside and residuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM.
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure wins.
• Stay updated on product/service portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
