Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator in Santa Monica, CA to support payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and employee payroll administration. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, auditing payroll data, maintaining records, and handling payroll inquiries with adherence to regulations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience processing payroll in a large company environment.
• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Understanding of payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of HR policies and payroll processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Pivot Tables; Data Validation; Payroll Reporting; Reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll activities accurately and on schedule.
• Review employee payroll and HR data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Audit payroll transactions and identify discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and supporting files.
• Process payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and special payments.
• Assist with multi-frequency payroll processing as required.
