Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for its network of hospitals and facilities in Nevada. You will oversee time and attendance in UKG and drive data integrity across Workday payroll cycles.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of payroll laws. This role reports to the payroll team and supports multiple facilities in the Las Vegas region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years’ experience in payroll required.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and If statements).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for Nevada's largest healthcare provider across 14 hospitals.
• Oversee time and attendance data in UKG and interface hours with payroll.
• Utilize Workday to manage the full payroll cycle, including data entry, auditing and processing.
• Create custom reports and reconcile payroll data using Excel.
