Mid-Valley Hospital is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. You will work under the Controller and handle bi-weekly payroll, timekeeping, and related regulatory reporting to ensure accurate data across the hospital.

Responsibilities include reviewing UKG timecards, coordinating with HR and external payroll services, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with annual W-2 processing and audits. Strong detail orientation and proficiency in payroll systems are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree preferred.
• At least two years payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and 10-key.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in financial accounting.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review timecards in UKG for accuracy and discuss issues with managers/HR.
• Ensure Kronos timekeeping records are properly approved by management.
• Maintain payroll and labor related reports and records.
• Prepare federal and state payroll reports and W-2 processing.
