SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our Midlothian team. The role requires precise payroll processing, strong data management, and excellent customer service for internal and external clients.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with QuickBooks and HRIS, and solid communication skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and a collaborative team environment in a locally owned business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience, preferably for 50+ employees.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to learn new software.
• Experience with Dominion Payroll is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll with accurate timesheet review.
• Maintain records in HRIS, QuickBooks, and proprietary software.
• Handle absence tracking and reporting.
• Process new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Administer electronic timekeeping system set up and inquiries.
• Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, or terminations.
• Review and reconcile benefit billing monthly.
• Complete data entry, filing, and routine reports.
