Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll and/or Human Resources experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately.
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; QuickBooks experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing, including timekeeping review and changes.
• Maintain employee records across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems and process changes.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, verifications, HR reporting, and daily HR administration.
• Coordinate benefit enrollments, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Support HRIS updates and projects to improve Payroll and HR processes.
