Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support full cycle payroll for associates in the Washington, DC area. You will reconcile data, correct errors, and upload information to the Workday payroll system.

Responsibilities include entering data for stores with transmission issues, processing special requests, and troubleshooting payroll questions. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with payroll or accounting functions preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with payroll/HR systems such as Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle payroll for associates in assigned geography; reconcile data and correct errors.
• Enter data and hours for stores unable to transmit information; process short hour and vacation requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard payroll issues; verify new hire data and payroll changes.
• Provide back-up support to other Coordinators as needed.
