Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support full cycle payroll for associates in designated geography.

You will reconcile data, correct errors, and upload to the Workday payroll system while handling data entry for stores that cannot transmit information. Ideal candidates have experience in payroll or accounting, strong Excel/Access skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with payroll or other accounting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and able to learn Payroll/Accounting/Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle payroll for associates in assigned geography/location.
• Reconcile data, identify/correct errors, and upload to Workday.
• Enter data and hours for stores unable to transmit information; process time-off and bonus requests.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and respond to questions from management and staff.
• Provide back-up to other Coordinators as needed.
