W.O. Grubb Crane Rental is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to compile and record employee time and payroll data for the organization. The role involves computing time worked, production, and commissions, and preparing paychecks with deductions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of payroll experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work under limited supervision with discretion in decision making.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 1+ years related experience.
• 2-3 years of payroll experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive material.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.
• Time management skills.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Independent judgment within areas of responsibility.
• Ability to work under stress.

Responsabilidades

• Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and other deductions.
• Polls time sheets and reviews information for completeness and accuracy.
• Contacts department supervisors for missed times.
• Processes weekly payroll data.
• Compiles internal management reports from the payroll system.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Payroll Manager.
