Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Payroll Client Support professional to provide direct payroll consulting and service to clients across multiple engagements. The role emphasizes accurate payroll processing, timely reporting, and maintaining confidential employee data.

Under supervision, you will manage client relationships, help implement payroll solutions, train clients on processes, and identify opportunities to expand services while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Manage client relationships under supervision and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and reconciled.
• Process payrolls and generate reports of earnings and taxes.
• Support implementation and training for clients on payroll processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Identify opportunities to expand services to clients.
