Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst to ensure education-related programs and payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves audits, reporting, and policy development, working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and clinical departments.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in HR/payroll/compliance or healthcare operations and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. This is a full-time on-site role in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, Workforce Programs Administration, and/or Healthcare Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.
• Strong Excel, data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience with internal audit methodologies and employment-related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, analyzes, and reports on payroll, compensation, timekeeping, and workforce program data to identify compliance risks and improve processes.
• Conducts internal audits of payroll operations and related programs to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Monitors regulatory changes and updates policies, procedures, and controls accordingly.
• Develops educational resources and provides consultation on payroll compliance and program requirements.
