Job summary

Rise48 Equity is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own core HR operations, payroll, compliance, and scalable systems. This role partners with leadership to ensure HR processes are compliant and scalable across markets.

You will drive employee engagement, support performance cycles, manage workers’ compensation, and coordinate HRIS implementations while supporting both on-site and remote employees across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Generalist or equivalent
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven multi-state HR compliance experience (required)
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or field-based environments preferred
• Experience in Rippling is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Core HR Operations & Compliance across full employee lifecycle
• Own Payroll Execution for W-2 employees and contractors
• Own Employee Engagement & Performance Support
• Own Workers’ Compensation Compliance & Claims Management
• Additional Responsibilities: large-scale onboarding/offboarding, on-site and remote populations, audits and reporting, HR process improvements
