Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with ADP payroll software is desirable.
• Strong Outlook and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detailing oriented with accuracy and data integrity in payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll client support and consult on payroll practices.
• Manage client relationships under supervision; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy and meet client deadlines.
• Process payrolls, calculate taxes and employer contributions.
• Train clients on payroll processes and payroll software.
