Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports, including pay stubs, W-2s, and 1099 forms, to employees and relevant government agencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including tax information, deductions, and direct deposit details.
• Collaborate with department heads to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, and apply them to our payroll processes.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local withholdings.
