Parkway School District is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our Administration team in the St. Louis area. You will manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensure timely and accurate pay, and support auditors with documentation.

Responsibilities include compiling data from time sheets, salary adjustments and tax deposits, resolving discrepancies, and communicating procedural requirements across departments. A background clearance and relevant education are required.

Formación

• Experience with payroll processing or payroll systems preferred.
• Criminal Background Clearance required.
• Targeted job-related education that meets organization's prerequisite requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assists auditors by providing supporting documentation for internal audits.
• Compiles payroll data from time sheets, salary adjustments, and tax deposits for summaries and compliance.
• Coordinates payroll processes with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Resolves discrepancies in payroll and benefit information to ensure accuracy of records and employee pay.
