• Process payroll for approximately 100 employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposit information.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including timesheets, tax forms, and benefit statements.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of payroll taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes.
• Provide payroll support to other departments, including HR, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
