Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work with multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll and billing information to ensure timely and accurate client payroll funding activities.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide account support, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain customer records, payroll data, billing information, and account documentation within company systems.
• Process customer account updates, credits, rebills, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and related accounting activities.
• Train and support clients on payroll and billing platform processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement and escalating issues when needed.
