Responsibilities

• Review and validate client payroll data for accuracy across multiple databases.
• Verify client invoices against payroll records to ensure accurate billing.
• Process and finalize payroll and invoices, including preparing payroll checks and printed invoices.
• Prepare and coordinate customer document packets for accurate and timely shipment.
• Reconcile payroll and billing records with accounting statements and support invoicing and customer service.
