Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Credit Representative Specialist in Highland Hills, OH to join a fast-paced credit team and provide essential administrative, operational, and reporting support in an invoice factoring environment.

You will work with Credit Analysts and leadership to organize information, maintain records, and ensure timely data for portfolio monitoring and credit risk management, with a 40-hour workweek and contract duration of six months.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in administrative, operational, reporting, credit, finance, or data-support activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Credit Analysts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit records.
• Prepare reports and materials for recurring credit, portfolio, debtor, and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate follow-ups, track outstanding action items, document key discussions, and help ensure timely completion of requests.
• Support special projects, research, data requests, and process improvement initiatives while identifying discrepancies and opportunities to improve efficiency.
