Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a US Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own end-to-end payroll and benefits for our US workforce, using UKG Pro and UKG WFM to ensure accurate, compliant multi-state payroll, tax remittances, and 401(k) operations.

You will partner with Finance on payroll funding and timekeeping, support year-end processing, and manage benefit enrollments while maintaining audit-ready records and responsive employee support.

Qualifications

• CPP designation required with college/university degree.
• 3–5 years of US payroll processing experience using UKG Pro and WFM.
• Knowledge of FLSA and IRS rules for 401k contributions.
• MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel, with strong data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate multi-state payroll using UKG Pro and WFM with strict compliance.
• Audit timecards for errors; process salaries, overtime, and deductions.
• Calculate and reconcile tax withholdings, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Manage year-end processes (W-2s) and new-year rate configurations.
• Coordinate payroll funding with Finance and provide cross-border backup with Canada.
