Titan Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our accounting team in Clear Lake, IA. This role handles accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and support across multiple companies.

The successful candidate will have strong payroll knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while working with leadership and employees to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple companies and ensure accurate payroll transactions.
• Audit and reconcile payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee pay information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliation, and year-end payroll activities.
• Coordinate employee benefit enrollment, changes, and open enrollment activities.
• Serve as liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Maintain payroll and benefits records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding and benefits orientation activities.
