Job summary

Iowa Select Farms is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work with the Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure on-time, accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance for the organization. This role focuses on data integrity, garnishments, reporting, and audits, supporting our payroll operations across multiple entities.

The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with ADP payroll software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• At least three to five years of experience in processing payroll is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Experience with payroll for 1000+ employees is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with ADP payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing for timely, accurate payroll transactions.
• Ensures updates for hires, terminations, transfers, leaves, and pay changes.
• Enters and maintains payroll data including hours, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Manages garnishments and ensures payment to correct agencies.
• Prepares and maintains records of payroll transactions.
• Ensures compliance with payroll laws and best practices.
• Facilitates audits and provides records to auditors.
