The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full‑cycle payroll experience, knowledge of ACA and benefits processes, and proficiency with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, or Paychex.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Experience supporting 300+ employees strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, ACA, and benefits processes.
• Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, etc.).
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Audit timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay.
• Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions.
• Assist with open enrollment, benefits billing, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide responsive support to employees, supervisors, and HR partners.
