Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation processing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with ADP and electronic timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Time Attendance Management: audit timecard data and process SSL/PTO payout each cycle.
• Benefits & Health Administration: manage eligibility, COBRA, and enrollments in ADP/EHR systems.
• Leaves of Absence (LOA) & Compliance: oversee FMLA/FMLI requests and unemployment processes.
• HR Generalist Tasks: respond to inquiries, maintain HR files, generate reports, and ensure confidentiality.
