Freeman Health System in Maryland is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day benefits administration in line with plan documents and federal/state regulations. You will support Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, and FMLA processes, coordinating with vendors and employees.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, HR/benefits experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Workday. PHR is a plus; payroll audit experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Employee Benefits or HR preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• PHR certification or willingness to pursue preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer day-to-day benefits per plan and regulations.
• Perform payroll/vendor audits for deductions and billing.
• Support open enrollment events and ACA requirements.
• Administer FMLA and other leave programs.
• Coordinate with management and present FMLA information.
• Assist with tasks for Benefits Coordinator.
