EveryMind, headquartered in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and related audits. You will support accurate payroll, benefits enrollment, and compliance with applicable laws while collaborating with the HR team to ensure smooth employee lifecycle administration.

The role requires a 4-year degree and payroll/HRIS experience, with Paycom familiarity and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration and HR compliance is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full payroll cycle, including inputs, timekeeping, processing, approvals, reconciliations, audits and final pay.
• Administer wages, deductions, benefits, retirement plans, and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Coordinate tax reporting, year-end processes, W-2s, and vendor communications with Finance.
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, COBRA, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with employee relations, audits, and HR process improvements.
