Job summary

Gassen Company is seeking a payroll administrator to manage semi-monthly payroll, benefits enrollment, and invoicing for multiple business units. The role includes performing timely tasks for new hires and terminations and handling monthly premium invoices.

You will also handle vendor payments, customer postings, and client invoicing for offsite staff and supplies. Experience with ADP WorkForce Now and Excel is required; some work at the corporate office is expected with remote options available

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Payroll Administration using ADP WorkForce Now.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to employees.
• Ensure new hires and terminated employee tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Responsible for benefits administration tasks, including setting up new hires in the plans and removing terminated employees in a timely manner.
• Produce and audit the monthly employee benefit premium invoices.
• Enter new job postings into ADP.
• Process vendor payments for assigned companies.
• Post payments to customer accounts for assigned companies.
• Prepare invoices to clients for offsite staff members’ payroll and Gassen monthly supplies expenses.
