Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Payroll Auditor to join our hybrid Home Office international payroll team. You will review and load payroll data for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws, and work with regional partners to resolve issues.

Using Workday and ADP GlobalView, you will drive process improvements and support timely payroll deliveries in a fast-paced environment. 1-3+ years of payroll experience and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of payroll or related experience preferred.
• Associate’s or 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or ADP GlobalView preferred.
• Strong communication skills across business levels and attention to detail.

Payroll Auditor

Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Home Office international payroll team as a Payroll Auditor, where you will play a key role in processing payrolls for multiple countries outside the US. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll data, collaborating with regional payroll partners, and supporting legislative requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading HR and payroll systems, including Workday and ADP GlobalView, and to drive process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers, resolve payroll-related inquiries, and contribute to the ongoing success of our international payroll operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process and load HR and Time & Attendance interface files from Workday to GlobalView for assigned country payrolls.
• Input manual changes and adjustments into the payroll system as needed.
• Audit assigned country payrolls to ensure inputs match calculation results, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
• Work directly with payroll provider (ADP) on required system changes, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members, business partners, and leaders to understand and resolve business challenges.
• Collaborate with regionally based payroll auditors to resolve associates’ payroll-related questions and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner.
• Communicate effectively and elevate payroll issues appropriately to leads, supervisors, or managers.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure quality results in all payroll processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Associate’s or 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3+ years of payroll or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday and/or ADP GlobalView preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and appropriately at all business levels.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks and meet critical deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities.
