Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Payroll Auditor to join our hybrid Home Office international payroll team. You will review and load payroll data for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws, and work with regional partners to resolve issues.

Using Workday and ADP GlobalView, you will drive process improvements and support timely payroll deliveries in a fast-paced environment. 1-3+ years of payroll experience and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of payroll or related experience preferred.
• Associate’s or 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or ADP GlobalView preferred.
• Strong communication skills across business levels and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and load HR and Time & Attendance interface files from Workday to GlobalView for assigned country payrolls.
• Input manual changes and adjustments into the payroll system as needed.
• Audit assigned country payrolls to ensure inputs match calculation results and comply with local laws.
• Collaborate with payroll provider (ADP) on system changes, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.
• Build strong relationships with team members and business partners to resolve payroll issues.
