Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and API systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Verifies time and attendance data and approvals in the T&A System.
• Maintains overall system health and interface.
• Prepares and validates employee data related to payments including amounts, deductions, and deposits.
• Responds to basic to low complex employee questions via cases regarding payroll-related issues, procedures, and problems.
• Assists with management reporting and annual W-2 preparation and distribution to staff members.
• Responds to wage and employment verification requests.
• Maintains employees’ information related to absences, PTO, EIB, and other payroll deductions.
• Performs other position-appropriate duties as required.
