Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in, check-out, scheduling and phone inquiries.
• Assist with patient registration by collecting and verifying insurance information.
• Accept payments for physician/clinic services and post charges.
• Provide accurate patient, medical, financial or procedural information to patients or approved outside entities.
• Receives and directs phone calls and helps patients and visitors.
• Responds to routine inquiries concerning practice services and hours of operation.
