The ideal candidate has 5+ years payroll experience, is proficient with HRIS and accounting systems, and can manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

This role offers competitive compensation with an hourly range of $43.94–$52.88, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, and accounting systems.
• Professional services or corporate environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and competing deadlines.
• Collaborative, dependable, and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Process recurring and off-cycle payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Review timekeeping, deductions, employee changes, and payroll discrepancies.
• Respond to payroll questions and maintain confidential payroll documentation.
• Process daily AP, including invoices, vendor setup, payments, and reconciliations.
• Review expense reports and corporate credit card activity.
• Support month-end/year-end activities and other Finance projects.
