Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of payroll processing experience using ADP.
• Experience supporting HR functions such as benefits administration, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Upload, maintain, and verify employee documents within the ADP platform.
• Support benefits administration, including filing, enrollment, and employee updates.
• Post open positions and perform initial candidate screenings to assist in talent acquisition.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integrations.
• Manage county accounts and related documentation for compliance purposes.
• Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation complies with policies and regulations.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries, providing effective HR support.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
