Job summary

LHH in Oakland, CA is seeking an detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a growing team. This onsite role requires hands-on experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll to support accurate financial operations.

You will process full-cycle AP, AR, and payroll, reconcile statements, assist with month-end close, and collaborate to improve financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience with a focus on AP, AR, and payroll functions.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Oakland, CA and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
